Motor Vehicle Transactions
The purchase and sale of a motor vehicle registered in the Republic of Bulgaria must be executed before a Notary. Once again, you need to be prepared with a multitude of documents for the successful implementation of the transaction. After the title of the vehicle is transferred, there are additional actions that have to be taken in order to ensure that all privileges and liabilities have been successfully transferred onto the new owner. To make sure that the purchase-sale will be implemented quickly and easily and subsequent complications will be avoided, it is good to consult a lawyer in advance.
– preparation of contracts for sale / donation / replacement of motor vehicles;
– review, analysis, revision and completion of a draft contract for the purchase and sale / donation / replacement of motor vehicles prepared and provided by the opposite party;
– supply of legally required documents when transferring ownership of motor vehicles;
– representation before Notary;
– assistance in subsequent procedures in connection with transferred / acquired ownership rights over motor vehicles.
