For centuries, real estate has represented one of the most valuable societal assets. This still holds true nowadays when the real estate market is red hot and the prices of immovable property have been rising constantly. In the meantime, at some point in our lives, we have all faced the challenge of undertaking different types of actions with real estate – whether it comes to buying, selling, constructing, renting, settling co-ownership relations (including partition), performing regulation (urban planning) procedures, condominium relations, court disputes, etc. That is why real estate cases are both among the most important and wide-spread legal cases nowadays.
