Biography

Dilyan Kolev, attorney-at-law, graduated from First English Language High School in Sofia in 2011. In 2017, following his graduation from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridsky” with a master’s degree in Law with a specialization “Jurisdiction,” he completed rigorous legal trainings at the Sofia Regional Court and Sofia City Court. He obtained his attorney license in 2018 and became a member of the Sofia Bar Association after promptly passing all of his licensure exams.

After completing his higher education, Dilyan began his career at “Kinkin & Partners” law firm in Sofia, where he climbed through the ranks of “intern”, “paralegal”, “junior associate”, “associate” and “senior associate”. He worked as a leading lawyer in the areas of “Real estate, urban planning and construction works”, “Energy and environment”, “Labor and social security law”, and “Administrative procedures”. He also has an extensive expertise in the areas of inheritance law, contract law, corporate law and immigration law.

The vast knowledge and experience that Dilyan Kolev has acquired as attorney through the years gave him the confidence to start his own professional practice in May 2024 – DK Law.

Dilyan has well-established relationships with elite brokers, geodesists, urbanists, notaries, and accountants, with whom he closely collaborates to serve his clients in the best and most efficient way.
